This is the perfect grab-and-go breakfast for anyone who’s always in a rush, like us. We’ll make these on a Sunday night and they’ll last for almost a week in the fridge. You won’t believe how much peanut butter the two of us get through, it’s our guilty pleasure and we’ll add it to everything from smoothies to a coleslaw.
