We’ll knock together this warm and colourful salad when we’re craving something light, fresh and a little bit fancy! Just don’t be shy with the rich tahini and lemon dressing, which pulls together the entire dish.
Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.
Trim the ends off the radishes, slice them in half and place on a baking tray. Drizzle with a little olive oil and bake in the ov
