We love to tuck in to this spicy gnocchi when it’s cold outside and we’re snuggled up on the sofa watching TV. This is simple cooking at its best.
Roughly chop the basil and add it to a frying pan along with the tinned tomatoes, chilli garlic sauce and 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar. Simmer gently for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, then keep warm over a low heat.
