We thought pizza would be the hardest thing to give up when we decided to go vegan. Then we realised we could just make it ourselves! This classic deep pan version is indulgent and ridiculously satisfying.


  • 230 g plain flour, plus extra for dusting
  • 1 tsp fast-action dried yeast
  • small handful of fresh basil
