This artichoke and tapenade pasta is really quick and easy to put together, and it’s something we’ll constantly turn to when we’re working late on So Vegan.

Ingredients

  • 200 g conchiglioni (or similar)
  • 100 g artichokes in oil, plus

Method

Add a pinch of salt to a pan of boiling water set over a high heat and cook the pasta as per the packet instructions.
