We’ve learned to truly appreciate a delicious sorbet since becoming vegan. They’re always a refreshing sight on restaurant menus because most of the time they’ll be vegan-friendly! This mango and peach version is a great palate cleanser after a rich meal and a healthier way to enjoy a sweet dessert.


  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 3 ripe peaches
  • 125 ml tinned coconut milk (stirred well to combine


Peel and stone the mangoes, then slice the flesh. Add most of the slices to a freezerproof container and freeze overnight, leaving a few slices in the fridge to use as decoration (see Tip).
