Ingredients

  • 2 x 400 ml tin full-fat coconut milk
  • 450 g raw cashews
  • 300

Method

Open the tins of coconut milk to check if the cream has set. If not, place the tins in the fridge, until the cream has set to the top.

Transfer the cashews to a bowl and cover with hot water from the kettle. Leave to soak for 1 hour.
