Rich, decadent and boozy, this dessert is an absolute delight. The silken tofu creates a creamy mousse-like texture, while dark chocolate pairs perfectly with the orange and brandy.


  • 4 medium oranges
  • 100 g dairy-free dark chocolate, plus extra to decorate
  • 300 g


Slice the tops off the oranges roughly 2 cm down and use a spoon to scoop out the flesh over a bowl to create 4 orange shells, catching the juice below to use later. Set aside.
