Broccoli has a lot going for it. It’s packed with fibre and it’s so easy to cook. When we’re not steaming it for a low-calorie side, we’re roasting it with harissa and topping it with creamy tahini to make a devilish accessory to a homemade feast.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp harissa paste
  • 300 g Tenderstem broccoli
  • 1 garli

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.

In a mixing bowl, combine the harissa paste with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, a generous pinch of salt and pepper and <
