Grilled corn on the cob is always a winner, especially when it’s charred to perfection and seasoned beautifully with just the right amount of smoked paprika. We’ll often make these at home, or they’ll take centre stage at a BBQ with family and friends.
Prepare the corn by discarding the leaves and silks.
Heat a griddle pan over a medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot, add the corn and cook for 30 minutes, turning it every few minutes to make sure the kernels cook evenly and become nicely charred.
