A tasty coleslaw like this one will always come in handy. You can serve it with burgers, tacos and grilled veggies, or practically anything that’s cooked on a BBQ. It took us a while to get this just right, that was until we tried it with our favourite crunchy peanut butter, and the rest is history.
Peel the celeriac and trim the ends off the carrot. Use some nifty knife skills, ideally with the help of a mandoline, to julienne the celeriac, cabbage and carrot, then transfer everything to a salad bowl.
