Give this homemade ketchup a go and you’ll never want to buy it ready-made ever again. We rely on the richness from the purée to do most of the work, balancing it with some sugar and our favourite seasonings. Just go easy on the all-spice, because too much will completely overpower the sauce!

Ingredients

  • 200 g tomato purée
  • 2 tbsp light brown muscovado sugar
  • ¼ ts

Method

Add all the ingredients to a small saucepan along with 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, ½ teaspoon of salt, ¼ teaspoon
