This awesome pesto just never gets boring. It’s quick and easy to make, and you can combine it with pastas, pizzas, salads, soups and so much more. We prefer to roast the garlic, which reduces any unwanted bitterness and leaves a more aromatic sweet flavour.


  • 4 garlic cloves (skin on)
