Somehow it just didn’t feel right sharing only one pesto recipe. Here’s a classic twist using sun-dried tomatoes, which is another favourite of ours and it’s just as easy to make. The tomatoes give the sauce a lovely intense flavour and a subtle sweetness.


  • 4 garlic cloves (skin on)
  • large handful of fresh basil leaves
