This is a far healthier and lighter mayo compared to most vegan versions. We use less oil and instead rely on tofu to deliver that soft, creamy texture. There’s a generous kick to this mayo, but you can dial the heat up or down, depending on how spicy you like it.


  • 350 g soft silken tofu
  • tsp chipotle paste
  • tbsp


Add the tofu, chipotle paste, lemon juice, English mustard, 1 teaspoon of salt and ½ teaspoon of pepper to a food processor. Process until smooth.
