We’ve been hooked on nutritional yeast ever since we first tried the stuff. It has a nutty and slightly cheesy flavour, and nowadays we’ll add it to almost anything, including this outrageously easy cashew parmesan cheese. Simply blend the ingredients together and sprinkle it over your favourite meals.


  • 70 g raw cashews
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • ¼ tsp


Add all the ingredients to a small blender or food processor along with ½ teaspoon of salt and process until finely chopped. Depending on the size of your blender or processor, you might need to double the quantities for all the ingredients to break down.
