Prawns in Garlic

In the heart of Old Madrid, in Cuchilleros Street, there is a little bar which has small earthenware dishes full of transparent prawns sitting in the window, ready to be cooked. I must admit that I have never eaten more delicious prawns in any sea port. When I make this recipe at home, I add a little chilli before cooking them; do try it if you like chilli.
