This is one of those recipes that even appeals to those who do not particularly love fish. Although it is sometimes difficult to get fresh anchovies in Britain, the simple temptation and marvellous results of the recipe will no doubt tempt you back to it again and again. Be careful while you are preparing the fish, as they do tend to disintegrate if not treated gently.
