Easter Bunny

This Easter cake is just gorgeous! I wanted to create an oval cake tied with a big, colourful, wired ribbon to create the essence of a giant Easter egg and I have offset the cake on a large oval board, which leaves space to dress it with hand-decorated mini cakes. This idea is great for a party and the little cakes can be presented to each guest or taken home in a gift box.
