Chocolate Bonfire

Ideal Hallowe’en food - rich layers of chocolate torte with lashings of chocolate ganache buttercream, wrapped up in dark chocolate and set alight with fireworks. I have lustered the chocolate with fiery colours and dressed the cake with autumnal berries. This cake is a smaller version of the white helter-skelter with strawberries and as such is constructed entirely from cake without the need for a polystyrene cone.
