Winter Igloo

This cake was originally designed for a very special girl’s third birthday. The cute polar bears and penguins are made from modelling paste, although the igloo is a real cake. Why not make the base cake one flavour and have the igloo as another flavour - just for the birthday person? Dust the snowballs with glitter and the tongues and noses of the polar bears with piping gel for authenticity.
