I find the clean, simple lines of this contemporary cake aesthetically pleasing and it has proved to be a firm favourite with many others too. After it was featured in a bridal magazine in the UK, I received more calls than I have for any other cake. However, because it is so simple, it needs to be precision perfect with hidden construction.
