Strawberry Helter-Skelter

This white chocolate helter-skelter makes a fantastic centrepiece for a very special occasion. Because I have used a polystyrene cone placed on top of a real cake, the finished helter-skelter can be scaled up for even more dramatic effect - I once made one 1.5m (5ft) high! This impressive cake is ideal for large social gatherings, but you will need to have enough extra cutting cake for all your guests, beautifully plated and ready to serve, in the kitchen.
