This is my favourite garam masala, a rich, aromatic version of the staple Indian spice mix that I have developed over time.


  • seeds from 16 green cardamom pods
  • 1 teaspoon nigella seeds
  • 1 teas


Grind whole spices to a fine powder and then stir in remaining spices. Store in a sealed jar.
