A simple-to-make, fresh-tasting relish that is best consumed soon after it is made. It is terrific with grilled seafood, baked fish or spicy sausages.


  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 4 red bird’s-eye chillies, finely sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander l


Combine all ingredients, then taste and adjust fish sauce or lime juice, if necessary. Use immediately.
