These gorgeous little flavour-packed mouthfuls are easy to make and cook. Serve the won tons as suggested with the chilli sauce as an appetiser, or add them, fried or steamed, to a fish-based soup. Alternatively, boil the won tons and serve them with a hot and spicy chilli sauce and garlic chives as an entrée. Consistent, good-quality won ton wrappers are made daily at Asian and Chinese food stores.
