  • 2 teaspoons castor sugar

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. To make the crumble mixture, combine all dry ingredients, then rub in butter.
  3. Combine ground cinnamon and castor sugar and fold carefully through clotted cream, then refrigerate.
