Great with grilled meat or sausages and particularly good with kangaroo. Try it spooned into scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, too.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup crème fraîche or sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon finely grated horseradish
  • ½<

Method

Mix all ingredients gently. Refrigerate in a sealed jar for up to 2 days.
