You may recognize lettuce wraps from restaurant menus. They’re easy to make and stylish to serve on a platter—present a bowl of filling with lettuce leaves on the side and have everyone scoop filling onto a leaf, wrap, and eat. It’s great for parties, and makes a perfect eat-with-your-fingers meal—real food to munch on when you’re planted on the couch.
