Chunky baked pasta with cheese is pretty close to the top of the list of comfort foods in our book; this one is easy to freeze in smaller baking dishes you can pop in the oven when you don’t have time to cook. There’s really no reason you couldn’t use any kind of bean in here. White beans are right at home with pasta, wilted spinach, tomatoes, and cheese. Feel free to do your own thing—use chard or kale, or leave out the greens altogether and add whatever you particularly like in your pasta
