We love it when indulgent meals are also nutrient-dense. This dish can very nicely satisfy a craving for Fettucini Alfredo, and while both are laden with cream, the comparison ends there. The serving sizes are a little smaller than usual, but it’s a very filling combination. If you wish to make the sauce ahead of time, be sure to reheat it gently in a pan large enough to accommodate the pasta. Add a couple tablespoons of liquid if you need to, then add the cooked pasta to the pan.
