Our kids love making these, although they rarely wind up in remotely pretzel-esque shapes. They’re easier than you might think to make from scratch—adding puréed kidney beans contributes extra nutrients, protein, and fibre, making them a more well-rounded snack (or lunch box addition) than straight-up bread.
