Ingredients: 3 lime wedges; 1 teaspoon Tajín seasoning, for rimming the glass; 3 ounces tomato juice; 6 to 8 ounces lager-style or light beer Rub the rim of a chilled pint glass with 1 of the lime wedges. Spread the Tajín seasoning on a saucer and dip the rim of the glass in the seasoning to coat the edges. Fill the glass two-thirds full of ice. Pour the tomato juice into the glass. Squeeze 1 lime wedge into the tomato juice, then drop it in. Top with beer and stir gently. Garnish with the remaining lime wedge on the rim and serve.
