  • 4 green chillies, deseeded (seeds in if you would like it hot)

Method

Place all the ingredients except the coconut, lime and salt in a food processor or spice grinder. Blitz until you have a fine paste.

Place the paste in a medium bowl, add the coconut and mix it together well, using your fingers. Add lime juice and salt to taste.
