  • 2 tsp oil
  • 4 fresh curry leaves (optional)
  • 1 dried red chilli, broken

Method

Heat the oil in a medium saucepan over a low heat. Add the curry leaves (if using) and red chillies and give it a stir. Then, add the onion and give it another stir. Finally, add the garlic and sauté until the onions are soft and turning golden.
