Method

Spicy shrimp paste balls

Wash the dried prawns (shrimp) well.

Heat the oil in a small frying pan (skillet) over a medium heat. Fry the dried prawns for about 2 minutes, turning as they cook, and set aside.

Once the prawns are cool, put them in a food processor with the rest of the ingredients and blitz into a coarse paste.
