Method

In a small saucepan, cover the eggs with water, bring to the boil and cook until hardboiled, about 7 minutes. Once cooled, remove the shell and prick each egg with a skewer.

Sprinkle the salt and turmeric in a shallow dish and stir to combine. Roll the boiled eggs in the dish to coat.
