  • 2 cups Simple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Grand Marnier
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 6 cups raspberries, blackberries, blueberries in combination
  • 1 recipe Grand Marnier Sabayon
  • 2 cups Raspberry or Blackberry Sauce
  • 8 savarin molds, 3 inches in diameter and ½ inch deep, or one 11-inch ring mold


To serve

Mix together the simple syrup, lemon juice, Grand Marnier, and orange juice in a shallow pan. Place the savarin(s) in the syrup and soak them in the syrup for 15 minutes on each side.

Serve the savarins with the berries, Grand Marnier sabayon, and berry sauce.
