  • 16 flour tortillas, 8 in/20 cm
  • 1 lb 8 oz/680 g

Method

  1. Place 8 tortillas on a flat surface. Using half of the cheese, make a thin layer on top of each tortilla.
  2. Cover with a layer of the ham, making sure to completely cover the cheese.
  3. Top with an even layer of the remaining cheese.
  4. Cover each one with the remaining tortillas.
