Method

  1. Wash the chicken wings and cut any excess skin and tendons away. Dry the chicken wings.
  2. In a rondeau over medium-high heat, sauté the chicken wings in the vegetable oil until lightly brown, 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add the wine and continue to cook for 30 seconds. Season with salt and continue to cook over moderate heat, stirring frequently, until the chicken
