  • 3 English cucumbers, peeled, seeded, shredded on a box grater
  • Salt, as needed
  • 2 garlic cloves, mashed to a paste

Method

  1. Place the cucumbers in a colander, sprinkle with salt, and allow to sit for about 15 minutes to drain any excess water.
  2. Combine the cucumbers with the garlic, vinegar, oil, yogurt, and mint, and adjust the seasoning to taste.
