Method

  1. Cut the haddock fillets into 2- to 3-oz/57- to 85-g pieces and season with salt, pepper, the lemon juice, and the Worcestershire.
  2. Dredge the fillets in flour and shake off any excess.
  3. Dip in the prepared Beer Batter and fry immediately.
