  • 1 pint/480 mL hoisin sauce

Method

  1. In a saucepan, combine the hoisin sauce, water, onions, and vinegar and simmer gently over low heat for 5 minutes. Add water as needed to maintain a medium to heavy nappé. Set aside to cool.
  2. Add the sriracha and peanuts and serve at room temperature.
