Ingredients

  • 1 tsp/5 g baking soda
  • 1 tbsp/12

Method

  1. In a bowl, combine the baking soda, baking powder, and flour.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the alum, salt, and ammonia. Add the water and stir until the mixture becomes frothy.
  3. Combine the alum mixture with the baking soda mixture. Mix until it forms a smooth dough. Cover with plastic wrap, and allow to rest for 30 minutes.
