Method
- Mix the sugar, raisin powder, salt, and cayenne.
- Peel all fruits and core as necessary.
- Cut all fruits into bite-size pieces, and, at service, toss with the verjus and the Flavoring Mix. Adjust seasoning as desired and serve immediately.
