  • 2 cups/480 mL mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp/30

Method

  1. Bruise the mint leaves slightly and combine with the tea leaves and sugar in a pot.
  2. Add the boiling water and allow to steep for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Strain the tea and serve in a glass, hot or over ice.
