Everyone loves chocolate mousse, and it is one of the easiest puddings to make. Very convenient. The key to making a really good one is to choose the best chocolate. Have a look at the wrapper; somewhere it will tell you what percentage of cocoa solids it contains. The higher the percentage, the better the chocolate. A chocolate containing at least 50 per cent cocoa solids is ideal for chocolate mousse. A whisk is necessary for this recipe.
