A blend of five spices (seeds) inspired by Bangladeshi cooking. It’s something my kitchen is never without. It’s wonderful with vegetables – use it to infuse the cooking oil before adding ingredients.

  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp kalonji seeds (nigella seeds)
