Sift the flour, salt, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and sugar together in a large bowl. Make a well in the middle and pour in the beaten egg and 1 tablespoon ghee and work the dough into a ball. Add the yogurt and half the milk and knead to make a smooth dough. You may need to add a little more milk. If using a stand mixer, put all the ingredients into the bowl and knead with a dough hook
