Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/gas mark 6.

For the dressing, place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend to a light purée.

Place the hazelnuts on a lipped baking sheet and toast in the hot oven for 2 minutes until golden. Be careful not to burn them – they’
